Domaine Roblin, Sancerre Rosé ‘Terres Blanches’, 2020

100% Pinot Noir grapes were hand-sorted in the cellar before a direct pressing and racking, followed by a 3 week cool fermentation in stainless steel between 15 and 20°C. This wine expresses the warm 2020 vintage perfectly. Beautifully perfumed with aromas of strawberry and orange. A ripe and appealing rosé Sancerre.
