Mature white Burgundy that doesn't cost thousands of pounds and holds its age like this is so rare and we love ever drop of it, in-fact, you'll need to move quickly because we're slowly depleting our stock. Hailing from Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits this is complex, nutty, slightly mushroom-y but still fresh with mouth watering acidity balancing the complexity.
