RETURNS INFORMATION

Sale or Return by Agreement

We offer a sale or return service on larger orders. This must be agreed prior to purchase and can be arranged over the phone, by email or in-person at our store.

Sale or Return by on all Sales

Stock delivered in error by Must & Lees will be collected free of charge.

Only full cases with all packaging in good confition will be accepted for sale or return with no prior agreement. A charge for collection of £3.50 (+ VAT) per case with a minimum charge of £10.50 will be required. Only wines and spirits can be returned. Returns do not apply to soft drinks, beers or ciders. We can only accept current stock for returns and returns will only be accepted one month after purchase.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately breakages in transit happen occasionally. We offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund. Notification with accompanying images must be made within two days of delivery. Notifications can be made by email, phone or in person at the store

Faulty Goods

We will happily replace or refund corked or faulty wines. Notifications must be made within two working days of delivery and can be made via phone, email or in person. We may ask you to send the wine back to us for inspection. The full cost of shipping the wine will be refunded when the wine is confirmed as faulty.

Incorrect Goods Delivered

Any goods delivered in error will be refunded or replaced on return of the incorrect bottle(s) in question. Notification must be by phone, email or in person within two working days of delivery. Photos always make this process easier if applicable.

In all the above cases please contact us with the details of items and quantities prior to shipping any goods.

Events

Our events are non-refundable. Where we can we do our best to resell your tickets and provide a refund but this is not guaranteed.
