100% Arinarnoa (Cabernet Sauvignon x Tannat), planted in 1990. The Arinarnoa grapes are planted in mineral rich, terracotta-red sand soil, imparting an earthy, savoury flavour to this fresh and juicy red wine.

Soil Profile:
Deep, iron-rich alluvial soils from volcanic origins, with excellent drainage.

Vinification:
Hand-picked. Semi-carbonic maceration. Unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant, Sage, Earthy, Fresh and Juicy!

Can be served chilled.
