A little windy altitude, free-draining soils and mature vines, help provide some of the purest fruit in this area of Bordeaux. There is a little pre-fermentation skin contact to extract maximum flavour and some lees ageing to add complexity, with the final wine showing vibrant citrus fruit and long, refreshing finish.
