Judgement of London Tasting - 24 May

7pm Friday 24th May 2024 at Must & Lees, 57 Warren St, London, W1T 5NR.

On the 25th May 1976 Steven Spurrier and Patricia Gallagher organised a wine competition pitting French against American wines. The results shook the wine world with a Californian wine winning in each category.

The tasting became known as… The Judgement of Paris.

Join us in a recreation of that format. Blind taste 2 Chardonnays, 2 Pinot Noirs and 2 Cabernet Sauvignons - one of each from the U.S. and one of each from France, score each wine as you go and we’ll see the Judgement of London.

Each wine will be tasted "blind" before a full reveal at the end. Cheese, Cobble Lane charcuterie and other nibbles are included in the price.

This tasting is open to all wine lovers and no prior tasting experience is required. 

This tasting takes place in the Must & Lees Tasting Room in the Must & Lees, 57 Warren St, London, W1T 5NR. Prices are per person.
