In more detail:

Bodega Contador, Predicador Blanco 2020 — Rioja

Benjamin Romeo doesn’t do ordinary, and this white Rioja is a perfect example.
Ten months in oak gives richness and structure, but the wine still hums with freshness.
Brilliant with roasted white meats, salmon or anything creamy and festive.

Viura • Malvasía • Garnacha Blanca

Château du Clos, ‘Hommage à Léonard Chandon’, Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru 2020 — Burgundy

From 70–90-year-old vines inside a true walled ‘clos’, upgraded to premier cru status for good reason.
This is serious, plush Chardonnay — more Meursault than Mâconnais — with beautifully judged new oak.
Ideal for seafood feasts or a wedge of aged Comté.

100% Chardonnay

Château La Tour du Pin 2010 — Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

Under the guidance of Château Cheval Blanc, the estate has hit new heights.
The superb 2010 vintage is now in a glorious place: ripe fruit, polished tannins and perfectly integrated oak.
A flexible companion for Christmas lunch or richer winter dishes.

Merlot • Cabernet Franc

Giacomo Borgogno & Figli, Barolo Liste 2017 — Piedmont

A single-cru Barolo from one of the region’s benchmarks.
The altitude of Liste softened the heat of 2017, giving velvety tannins and early approachability without losing complexity.
Three years in Slavonian oak have added exotic spice and depth.
Built for game, beef or slow-cooked stews.

Nebbiolo

Jean-Louis Chave Sélection ‘Offerus’ 2020 — Saint-Joseph

Iconic producer, impeccably selected vineyards.
This cuvée is crafted for earlier drinking: pure dark fruit, spice, earth and that unmistakable northern Rhône lift.
Its chalky tannins make it incredibly food-friendly — roasts, grills, or Middle Eastern flavours all shine.

Syrah

Dow’s Vintage Port 1997 — Douro

A beautifully evolved vintage from one of the greatest Port houses.
Still brimming with dark berries and coffee aromas, now softened into long, sweet, elegant tannins.
Blue cheese is the classic match, but chocolate desserts and dried fruits are just as happy beside it.

Touriga Nacional • Tinta Roriz • Tinta Barroca
